Christy normally does one scheduled live group coaching per month, usually the first or second Monday of the month to introduce a special topic for the month or just to check in with the members. These live videos are always done through the Academy's private Facebook group. She will sometimes do live videos more frequently, as her schedule allows.
If you miss one they are recorded and saved on the group page in the video section. So you can always go back and watch or re-watch the live coaching videos as you desire. When Christy does a live coaching we pin that at the top of the page feed for a few days to make it easier to find (for those that missed it).
